I have just recently completed my Masters degree in Medical Science. My masters project focused on the treatment of symptoms of diabetes using the plant Amaranthus hybridus. The purpose of the study was to look at alternate sources of treatment which are efficient and a cheaper alternative to commercial medicine. I have experience in many laboratory techniques including qPCR, RNA extraction, cDNA conversion, and experience in doing protein concentration and malondialdehyde assays. I have a strong willingness to learn and will work hard to bridge the gap in areas where I am lacking. I am a self- motivated person, I have a strong sense of responsibility, I am honest and reliable.
