I have attended a one-year contact centre customer service learnership at Bytes People Solutions which was two months theory attendance and ten months workplace experience at Altech Autopage were I served 1year 3months in customer service. I also did a short course Debt Collection call centre training at Vision in action. As a result of my academic knowledge as well as my practical experience I have developed the following skills and abilities; I am computer literate (MS Word2010, excel, access, PowerPoint and internet application), can perform retail merchandising, time management and target driven skills. However, I am willing to learn. During my learnership, I gained experience as a consultant and within this position I have learned what the work of a consultant contains. I am very result oriented, well experienced in dealing with high level customer queries, have good communication skills, multitasking, paying attention to details, Sound listening and/ problem-solving skills. For example, one of my responsibilities was to manage and resolve customer complaints. I am a quick learner, very motivated and I have proven to be able to work independently and in a team during my trainings and extramural activities. I would like to further elaborate on my motivation and competences during an interview.
