Knowledge of / experience in the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) process. Transfer of knowledge through knowledge management systems such as SharePoint, and other organisation-specific tools. Research and monitoring of activities communication- and knowledge-related to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Design and management of communication materials such as Annual reports, newsletters, and briefing packs. Effective management of performance reports to track goals and objectives (analytics and dashboards). Proven capability to leverage active listening and persuasive communication proficiencies in displaying sensitivity and inter-cultural awareness while supporting cross-cultural people.
