My name is Kgothatso Khanyisile Manzini. I am currently enrolled for BSc in Chemistry with Biochemistry as a second major, in my second year of study. Through this motivational letter, I would like to put forward my candidacy for enrolment in the internship work, where I can learn more about the renewable energy sector. My interest in environmental, chemical, and biological sciences began as early as I can remember. Science is a discipline that necessitates a degree of evidence to build knowledge on a phenomenon in all directions, but it also requires logic and imagination. My scientific interest increases through every chemical experiment to dissecting a sheep’s heart. Working with chemicals in the lab is my way of being creative and imagining the possible cool experiments I can do. am a hard-working individual, who continuously perseveres through any challenge. I have a passion for information technology which began during my first year of university when I encountered a computer coding project. I have been captivated ever since and have learned small pieces of code from several languages in the last two years of my academic studies. Computer programming has allowed me to be creative, writing a piece of computer code is an extension of my skill in creative arts. I have great communication skills; I am a team player. I enjoy a challenge and having this work experience will surely enhance my knowledge. I did computer programming up until my second year in university. I have a basic knowledge of programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and Object-oriented programming. I also did Structured query language (SQL) which is a programming language for storing and processing information in a relational database.
