I am an Information Technology graduate from the Vaal University of Technology and I majored in Information Systems and Business Analysis. I have been exposed to an Agile implementation environment at Standard Bank as a Feature/Business Analyst, where I gathered requirements, developed business process diagrams and flows, created product backlog, sprint backlog and managed user stories. I have worked for multiple countries, implementing continuous Digital changes. I am an asset and can provide high value input when given a chance. I value being flexible in identifying problems, weighing all the options possible and then choosing the most realistic and attainable solution. I enjoy working in a space which enables growth, challenges and where team members have the confidence, skills and will, which always influence in good delivery. Technology is of one my key drivers which strikes my curiosity of exploring the unknown. Being exposed to an agile implementation world has enabled me to be an individual that is self-managed. I set my commitments and goals clear which helps me attain them in a realistic way. I always try to give my best in every situation.
