I have dreamt of becoming an attorney for as long as I can remember. Though I have attained other qualifications during my life journey, my dream has ever remained to become an attorney. It was a tough course to thread but I made it. Though it took me 8 years to complete the degree, I have overcome many obstacles along the way and when I was ready to commit I gave it my best effort whilst also managing the challenges of being a single mother and leader of multiple teams at the workplace. I have management experience; strong organisational skills; computer literacy; good business acumen; excellent communication skills; commendable people skills; I am a team player; I have the ability to motivate staff; I have good admin skills and I thrive under pressure. I am proactive; an empathetic listener, analytical and deadline driven. I am presentable and articulate. Furthermore I am assertive and persuasive. In addition to all this I am dedicated, patient, hard-working and always willing to learn. I believe that no matter how much you know you can never know too much. I can relate well with people at different levels in the organization. I have insatiable appetite for knowledge and I am constantly seeking new challenges. I am not afraid of the unknown, what scares me ignites my passion. I have a lot of untapped potential and when thrown into the deep end, I will swim. My greatest strength is my passion for life, learning and growth. I have held various management roles throughout my working history. Amongst my other qualifications, I also completed the LLB degree with UNISA in December 2018. The degree was conferred to me at the graduation ceremony held on the 7th of June 2019. I am an LLB graduate and currently a Candidate Attorney working towards admission as a Notary and Conveyancer. I am also certified and registered with ADR as a Mediator/Negotiator Specializing in Family Mediation (divorces, care, contact, maintenance - including parenting plans, settlement agreements and maintenance calculations) As well as Labour and property disputes.
