I am a firm believer in experience however I am bigger on opportunity, and I am fortunate to have had the opportunity to gain leadership skills in my 2 years as a Team Leader for a UK and North American BPO’s within Innovation Group. My experience with international business includes the regions; United Kingdom, Germany, Australia and North America, present a new perspective on international business within the Call Centre space. But also cemented the need to ensure good relations with international counterpart and stakeholders. I would be well suited for the post advertised as I am a self-starter, a relatively quick learner and I have contagious leadership qualities. Coupled with a Can-do attitude and a creative rational to call center operations. With more than 5 years BPO Call Centre operations experience, I have in-depth knowledge of what it takes to run a successful BPO campaign. I also had the opportunity to work for household brands like WebhelpSA, http://www.******.*** and Standard bank; exposure that had been a catalyst to my development within Innovation Group. As a leader I have grown not only professionally; but in my private life too, I’ve come to realize once the leadership hat is on; one can never really take it off. The changes I have consciously made in my private life were heavily influenced by my attempt to be better than yesterday as a leader. With my foot on the door; please allow me the opportunity to contribute to our collective success. I am currently working in Johannesburg, however I am willing to relocate back to Cape Town.
