My name is Kirsti, I am 32, married with one child, currently living in Cape Town, South Africa. I have been in the travel and tourism industry for the past 10 years. I started my career as a tour consultant, putting together tours and itineraries for overseas visitors coming to East & Southern Africa. During this time, I was also involved in compiling monthly newsletters for the company, writing various articles as well as assisting my colleagues with email etiquette in order to ensure the company portrayed a professional reputation. I did this for 6 years before being promoted to the FIT Reservations manager. I oversaw a team of 10 staff members with their daily tasks and reported on all operational aspects to the reservations director. I am also qualified as a Level 5 TEFL instructor, Level 3 teaching young learners as well as 30 hours Teaching Online & 1:1.
