I am currently working as Safety Admin Assistant at Tri-Star Construction in Cape Town. In this position I am responsible for reviewing the effectiveness of health and safety measures, examining the causes of incidents, investigating employee complaints regarding health and safety, provide secretarial assistance and participating in internal audits. Over the past 4 and a half years, I have gained ample experience in the field of health and safety as well as administration. I have previous experience in administration as an Office Intern and an Administrator. In this position I was responsible for handling phone calls and all related correspondence, maintain and update data base, compile and maintain records of office activities and business transactions, prepare and send quotations and invoices to clients, provide financial administration support services, and other key duties. I would describe myself as someone who is, hard-working, a team player, organised and self-disciplined.
