During the past 10 years at Pick n Pay, I have acquainted myself well with various computer programmes which I have used to enhance my IT and financial portfolios which include managing financial procedures such as stock management, asset management, budgeting and compiling financial and business reports. In addition to my 10 years at Pick n Pay I also spent 5 years at Vodacom Real Estate Department, here I introduced and created excel spread sheets to track expense on all their electricity payments for their base stations. These spread sheets are now being used by their auditor’s for audit controls and budgeting purposes. In addition, I also streamlined their payments for multiple suppliers, therefore realizing cost saving. Raising monthly accruals, reconciling supplier accounts so that the correct amounts are paid.
