I competed my degree at the university of Zululand in Industrial Sociology final year, I am a hardworking ambitious, driven and self-motivated. My theme is nothing but excellence, I enjoy working hard on my studies and achieving excellent results. I have been in a number of leadership positions including being academic Officer and chairperson of the sociology student society and recently presented my ongoing research study at the Annual Human Social Science conference held at Meet Makaar resorts on the 23rd -25th October 2019, my research topic is “An investigation on the factors that contribute to the increase in labour disputes in south Africa”. I was also involved in several leadership positions as I was doing my degree, it includes Academic officer 2017/2018 and Chairperson 2018/2019 of the Department of sociology student society. I also participated in extracurricular activities which are: Peer Helper 2018-2019, a tutor June 2019-November 2019 and lastly I was a First Year Experience mentor 2018-2019 in the Teaching and Learning Department at the university of Zululand for 2 year
