I am a SHERQ Coordinator with extensive experience within the disciplines of Safety, Health, Environmental, Enterprise Risk Compliance and Quality conformance, specifically in Construction. I am accustomed to deadline-driven, high-pressured environments and engage in all projects with a well-informed, proactive approach. I strongly advocate succession planning within organisations, continuous skills development and collaboration at ‘grass-roots level’, as this nurtures innovation and sustainability. I believe my balanced emotional IQ gauges my self-awareness and I try to consistently make situationally appropriate risk-calculated decisions. Armed with a strong work ethic, a positive influence and a wicked sense of humor, I attempt to circumnavigate unavoidable challenging workloads, environments, colleagues, clients and conditions with a flexible attitude. My excellent verbal and written skills, ensures my communications are suited to Executive Level Reporting and makes me a trusted liaison with Legal and Government entities. I don't need to be micro-managed and my Management team can trust in my ability to manage all aspects entrusted to me with integrity and efficiency. I very much enjoy the Behavioral aspect of the Occupational SHE functions (human factor and behavior) and look forward to a possible career path within the field.
