I am proficient in using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator and the writing software Celtx. In addition, I can also create a script from scratch in Microsoft Word and colour grade using DaVinci Resolve. In addition, I majored in editing and scriptwriting, I also have a deep interest in directing as well as other aspects of the production process in television. Even though I have a deep interest in the aforementioned departments, and most of the experience that I do possess stems from post-production. I do like to learn more about other aspects of filmmaking, that contribute to the manner in which content is made. In addition, I get intrigued by the manner in which documentaries are made and the amount of research it generally requires for it to be made. With that said, I am disciplined, organized, trustworthy and have the ability to do learn and do work outside of my prescribed majors. I also have the ability to work with other individuals, showing a level of professionalism in the workplace. In addition, I am able to see the task through to completion whilst paying careful attention to detail which lead to the awards that I had obtained. Being able to work under pressure is vital in this industry and thus, I am able to keep myself motivated and ensure that the outcome of the project is successful. As an aspiring content creator and editor, I am aware that the industry demands a lot of one’s time and attention.
