I am single parent to a three years old daughter who I reside with full time however due to the demanding nature of my profession, I am assisted by my aunt with my daughter and other family relatives who on occasion drop her off at school and pick up and even spend a night or two with her. I have mainly practiced employment / labour law as from my articleship at Goldberg attorneys a law practising only labour law. I gained a lot of experience in conducting research and drafting of court and other documents. I am leading a legal department in the biggest transport trade union in South Africa. I have appeared for numerous time at disciplinary hearing (in various designation), CCMA, various bargaining council, Labour Court and the Labour Appeal Court (only once). I am currently doing my Masters in Labour Law at Unisa.
