I am currently leading Gabriel Domale Consulting firm as Chief Financial Officer / CEO, which is a management consulting firm with a focus on finance and strategy. Uptill 31 March 2017, I was the Project Finance Manager of Major Capital Projects at Shell Nigeria (a Royal Dutch Shell company). I am also a Doctoral Candidate in Strategy at IE Business School, Madrid, Spain. My thesis is on “how the firm’s middle managers collaborate with external pressure groups such as social movements, to deliver a higher level of strategy implementation”, which is planned to be completed in 2019. I have shown this passion while working with Shell Nigeria as I have collaboratively led finance transformation and knowledge management sessions, quarterly projects’ performance reviews, and business planning with a focus on capital efficiency, cost savings and milestones deliveries for a portfolio of seven projects (circa $8bln headline size) for culturally diverse global audience.
