I have extensive experience in market research within the ICT space, with most of my research focus in South Africa, Kenya and Nigeria. While most of my research projects have largely been on business to business services, I have also completed a range of business to consumer projects, including customer satisfaction surveys and focus groups. My core functions in my projects include secondary and primary research, report writing, market sizing and forecasting, trend analysis and competitor bench-marking. I have also assumed project management responsibilities in these projects including, storyboard development, client engagement and final presentation.
