My current portfolio includes experience in customer relationship management, digital marketing, product marketing, product marketing plans, market analysis, logistics/procurement, internal sales and demand planning. Apart from these, I have also been successfully involved with project planning, which has included in-depth analysis of competitors, communication plans, marketing plans, benchmarking, production strategy and information analysis. I completed my http://www.******.*** Degree in Supply Chain Management and Business Management from the University of Kwa-zulu Natal. I also hold an International Digital Marketing Diploma, from the Digital Marketing Institute through Brandschool Africa as well as a Digital Marketing Certificate from The University Of Cape Town's Get Smarter programme. My most recent assignments in CRM strat and ops, have allowed me to use the more creative and fluid side of my personality. It is a field that I am very passionate about, and while very dynamic in the approach, I strongly believe that the analytical, and problem-solving skills nurtured in my previous posts, help heighten my ability to marry business and consumer needs, allowing for timeous reaction, continuous innovation and delivering on monthly metrics, for the brands within my portfolio.
