With more than 25 years in the Motor Retail Industry, dealing with clients and their second most expensive purchase, I have a sound knowledge of Marketing and Sales at Senior Levels with clients. However, my major passion lies with Construction (residential homes) and Architecture, which is the field I originally studied in after completion of my schooling, at the end of the '70s. Although not employed full time in this field for the past 25 years, I have always been in contact and up to date in the field of Architecture, doing many 'side-line' Architectural Plans for both Private Individuals as well as Architectural Practices. With Covid19 imposed on the economy of SA, and the collapse of the Motor Industry, I opened a small business in the field of my passion, with the main focus being on aiding the Home Owner through the whole process of revamping, additions and alterations and new homes, to supplement my main income. However, I need to expand and create a sound profitable business in the field of my new business, so as to secure my financial future too past 'retirement age'.
