I have more than 25 years of HR experience, having worked at the University in Port Elizabeth, as well as in the motor industry. I I hold a Master’s degree in Labour Relations and Human Resources, a BA Honours degree, A National Diploma in Work Study and a Higher Diploma in Production Management. My responsibilities have included managing the entire HR department and more specifically, I have been closely involved with Training/Organisation Development, Recruitment and Selection, Employment Relations and EE. I have represented my company at the CCMA, provided advice at the Labour Court and formed part of the management negotiation team. I am enthusiastic, energized, willing and knowledgeable, while believing people learn all the time. I am extremely eager to take on a new challenge, given the opportunity.
