• TYPING OF FAXES, MEMORANDUMS, LETTERS, • Supervising • Assisting caterers and admin clerk where needed. • Make sure stores and fridges are locked when not in use, Record Fridge and Freezer temperatures on a daily basis. • Assessments. • Make sure everything is in order for the Mess to continue operating on a sound basis. • Ordering of stock. • Weekly banking of monies. • Sourcing new clients to buy from and to sell to. • Catering for functions, doing décor etc. • Ensure kitchen and dining hall is clean as requested by the Health Inspector. • Requested the quarterly inspection by the Health Inspector and obtaining the Health certificates to run, prepare and sell food. • Attend to club/finance meetings. • ANY ADHOC TASK GIVEN TO ME. • Mess was running on a profit margin of 15% and I took the profit for the past year up to 83% on a monthly basis.
