Offering full payroll function to a company: Responsible for the day to day preparing, organising and processing of the payroll Process under tight deadlines ensuring all employee information and benefits are kept up to date and accurate. Keeping all information highly confidential at all times is an essential part of the role Processing employee information, new employees, terminations, maternity, leave, etc. Liaising with HR regarding individual’s Terms and conditions of Employment Ensuring and processing all salary increases or bonuses where applicable Processing of benefits such as pensions, medical aid etc Answering any telephone enquiries or email enquiries regarding payroll in a timely manner Liaising with Senior Managers regarding payroll. Producing monthly reports for the Directors and Finance department for payroll sign off General support to all employees, Senior Managers and Directors by dealing with any payroll queries on a day to day basis Dealing with any adhoc duties in a timely and efficient manner Monthly EMP201 and UIF declarations to SARS and Department of Labour Annnual and bi-annual EMP501 submissions Annual OID submissions
