My name is Lerato Ramokgopa, your Administrative and Customer Service assistant. I possess a degree in Psychology, certificates in client care as well as Banking and Financial services. I have over ten years’ experience in administration, client support, skills development and recoveries administration acquired from institutions such as the University of Johannesburg, the Department of Community Safety and Capitec Bank. I am an independent thinker and team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills who loves working with people. I have experience working with international clients and as skills development coordinator, I acquired people management, project coordination, and leadership skills. I also have exceptional administrative skills and have a good understanding of the procurement process due to exposure while working as an administrator for a training institution; these are further improved in my current work as Court requirements agent, which has added time management, computer skills and information management to my skills set.
