I have 21 years of experience as a facilitator in the private, NGO and public sectors. Leadership development is my passion. My communication, presentation, planning and facilitation skills are excellent. For ten years I have worked in the public health facility as a Training and Development Manager. My highest qualification is a Master's degree in Management. I am a competent SDF and registered assessor (ETDPSETA and LGSETA). I live in the Eastern Cape and would prefer freelance work around the Province.
