I am 26 year old male holding certificates NQF level3 and N3 in Chemical Plant Operations and currently serving contractual position as plant operator at Blendcor Pty LTD. Throughout my career as chemical plant operator I have learnt on how to respect my work and my job title. I have a vast knowledge of two and half years in total, the skills I acquired from my experience have taught me a great deal as to know how to work with people, work under minimum supervision, meet deadlines and multi-task. I have worked in different departments within the company, which includes Filling, Blending and Quality. I have good communication skills, organisation and prioritisation skills which are some of the best criteria needed to produce well results in manufacturing industry. Blendcor is highly challenging and pressurised environment with high volumes and performance targets to meet and my tenacity, self-motivation, results driven and ability to work effectively and focused under pressure enabled me to excel and consistently performing at a high level of expectation. I am currently enrolling with UNISA for BCOM in Supply chain and operations management to grow and go an extra mile and make sure I succeed in any position I assigned for in manufacturing sector. I am keen to develop my operations career in your company and I do appreciate that this being a different environment, there are still lots to be learnt and I look forward to the learning opportunities and own set of challenges that comes along with the role.
