I am a critical thinker with experience in using creativity to solve complex problems.   I have a demonstrated track record in strategy and innovation, which resulted in my media portfolio ‘bucking trends’ for 3 years in a row (2017 -2019) and grow in ad revenues sizeably, despite a contracting economy and reduced spending in the advertising industry.   My greatest passion lies in transformational leadership, where I get to make a difference by helping brands become progressive. What truly makes me unique, is my broad set of skills acquired over 13 years of diverse roles within the advertising industry, where my earlier years were focused on technical output and the latter years, on strategic output. this has enabled me to adopt bigger picture thinking, connect the dots and adopt a holistic approach to problem solving.
