I firmly believe I am a very solid candidate for any call centre position due to my extensive background; inclusive of 21 years’ experience in Client Services. My client service skill and ability is not only limited to 21 years’ written and verbal communication but also to both the Government and Private Sector. Joined with this experience is 3 years’ experience in Training and Development; inclusive of 2 years’ experience in Junior Management. Contributing to my strong organisational skills and ability to work with a wide range of professionals is my deep understanding of business administration and communication principles, familiarity with business practice laws/regulations, outstanding customer service feedback and a natural born planner/coordinator. My organisational skills also set me apart from other individuals. My incredibly thorough nature, coupled with my ability to make strong decisions, ensures that the projects I undertake and oversee are completed in an efficient and productive manner. Additionally, my sound time management skills allow me to successfully multi task several projects at once and are the reasons I have thrived in my current and past roles.
