Louisa has worked for various recruitment and non-profit agencies where she discovered her love for project and business administration. Previous roles included Project Management in IT research projects for one of the leading South African Scientific Councils as well as establishing and running a Project Management Office (PMO) for an IT company. As a small business owner, she has provided business process outsourcing (BPO) services to small and medium enterprises, created systems that enabled monitoring of staff productivity and tracking of project progress whilst reducing turn-around times as well as saving costs ultimately, making them efficient and effective in their business administration function. Her experience also includes strategy and policy development, procurement and supply chain, quality, and finance administration. Presently, Louisa, serves as Director: Social Empowerment Projects for JENSA (Joint Empowerment Network South Africa), a non-profit organisation with a focus on finding and creating employment opportunities for women and youth in South Africa. Also, she is one of the Directors for Biz Blitz SA, a company that provides networking and training opportunities for small businesses in South Africa. She is also in the advisory committee for The Patience Masete Foundation, an organisation providing emotional as well as educational support to children who have been abused. She is a driven generalist dubbed the "Go-to person" because of her love and passion for finding solutions and making things work. She is driven by adding value and making a positive difference.
