I studied Consumer Science at the University of the Free State, as of 2012 and completed my degree in 2015. I specialized my undergraduate studies in the general preparation and application of food, whilst also expanding my knowledge of nutrition and business functions. At the end of 2018, I completed my Masters Degree in Consumer Science, specializing my postgraduate studies in the sensory analysis and consumer behaviour of vegetable Amaranthus. During the past two years, I obtained technical experience in the field of product development, with specific focus in fruit preparations for the dairy industry. I am looking for a new and challenging opportunity in the food and beverage industry where I can apply my current skills and knowledge to be the best of my abilities. Not only do I wish to achieve organisational goals, but also to prosper in every opportunity that arises.
