My degree in Public Administration, my 10 years senior management experience as well as my diverse experience in both the private and public sectors have provided me with a well-rounded background and enabled me to develop an analytical/ logical approach to tasks, software skills, and the ability to work under pressure and in a robust environment. I have good strategic appreciation and vison allowing me to build and implement sophisticated plans with a proven record of accomplishment on achieving results and to explicitly support business needs. Self-driven and self-reliant, I set aims and targets high and lead by example in achieving them, with a collaborative approach and good interpersonal skills to engage, motivate and encourage others even through change. Being a highly focused and disciplined individual, I can successfully deliver full cycle projects to tight time scales and deadlines and within budget.
