My name is Luis Carlos and I'm from Colombia. I left my country when I was very young to study culinary arts for 5 years in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Thanks to my previous job experiences in the last decade I had the chance to travel the world and meet amazing people. I still love the idea of working on my passion and travel to discover some more! Regarding my career, I have been working as a private chef, teacher, consultant and head chef living in Camps Bay for the last 3 years. I consider my self as a peoples person with excellent organizational skills with a positive outlook towards career and life, passionate about all styles of cuisine, especially fine dining experiences, organic produce, and wine!
