I am qualified with a Bcom Honours in Industrial and Organisational Psychology as well as a degree in Bcom HR Management. I furthermore advanced my knowledge by completing the Advanced Diploma in Labour Law and Arbitration. I keep up with changes and updates in legislation; programmes such VIP Payroll and I am accredited to conduct job grading and registered with SABPP. I have extensive knowledge and experience with all matters regarding LRA; EEA; BCEA and conducting audits ensuring all policies and checks are in place. I enjoy writing new policies and assisting employer's implementing new rules and giving training to employees. I am an all-rounder when it comes to HR.
