Mahlatholle Masha is a Seasoned Chartered Accountant, CA (SA) with over 10 years’ experience in services and manufacturing industries focusing on financial management. Mahlatholle finished his Bachelor of Accountancy (BAcc) degree in 2004. He started articles (Auditing) with KPMG in 2005. He successfully completed his board part two in 2007. The experience he gained in auditing, services and manufacturing industries has contributed in making him one of the most well rounded executives in the market with his ability to contribute commercially to the bottom line. Mahlatholle is passionate about creating budgets and strategies. He functions optimally in a collaborative environment where he can focus on getting buy in for the strategy. His calm nature allows him to sit back and assess the bigger picture and deliver the right solution at the right time. He has strong emotional stability to adapt to any industry. He is assertive, self-assured, confident and composed even under challenging circumstances. Mahlatholle currently holds the position of Financial Director for the Cleaning division at Servest (Pty) Ltd, an international Facilities Management company. His portfolio oversees more than 10,000 employees (waged and salaried), 990 corporate customers and over 1900 customer sites across South Africa. The current annual turnover is R700 Million.
