I am currently employed at the Western Province Blood Transfusion Services as a Customer Care Agent, in the promotion department, where I perform Customer Relations Management activities (CRM), PC Administration of donor details, Perform CRM duties (new donors, lapsed donors, donor queries), Problem solving duties, Display superior levels of customer interaction, Donor recruitment, Perform basic marketing duties such as,collecting data from the surveys we receive from donors,and follow up on complaints from donors. I am hardworking, positive individual who always strives to do my best in everything. I excel in teamwork as well as working as an individual. I am Fluent in speaking, reading and writing English, Afrikaans, Setswana and IsiXhosa. My ability to communicate in different languages helps me communicate effectively with clients, and my colleagues. I will apply my previous Call Centre experience, which has helped build my communication, and problem solving skills in the workplace. I will continue growing as a positive, humble individual. I am currently studying at UNISA via correspondence. I am studying towards a Bachelors of Arts Degree, at 1st year level.
