Good day, I have worked as Personal assistance for a General Manager in IT Business Unit for 6 years, 2 years as Administrative specialist: Contracts and licensing in IT. My skills include: computer literacy: MS word, power point , outlook and excel. MY SAP, excellent telephone skills, written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, excellent customer service, good organizing skills, diary management, time management, advance minute taking, administrative skills. I work well under pressure, i am a self- driven person whether working alone or as part of the team. I also meet my deadline because I'm proactive and manage my time well and always priorities my tasks. I always look for solutions in every situation and make alternative plans. With my intensive experience and excellent skills i have accumulated, i believe i have what it takes to be considered for this position.
