I have a Business Administration Diploma majoring in Information Technology. I am now working as a Logistics Administrator. I am able to manage and develop direct reporting staff and assist with monitoring and controlling of staff headcount control. I have limited experience in managing and controlling the operational budget, but I am familiar with the relevant procedures .In terms of work experience, one could classify me as being a proven generalist in terms of HR experience. I have a minimum of 1 year experience in recruitment interviewing. When working, I have the ability to work autonomously as well as flexibly within / without a team. Corporate team-work is important to me seeing as it gives me a chance to use my influencing, persuading, coaching and negotiation skills when training. My interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are good. In terms of the HR system, I do have suitable VIP system and excel database management and I am computer literate and competent as an administrator. I am conversant in English, Tshivenda, Tswana, Sepedi and IsiZulu.
