I am currently working as a Consumer Service Consultant and deal with consumer complaints and enquiries which I log into the Nexus system. I also make follow ups on issued vouchers to consumers and provide feedback .My daily duties also include arranging courier collections and deliveries and distributing of complaints and enquiries. I hold a certificate in call center customer service and I have 9 years’ experience within the FMCG Industry (customer service) capturing orders and uplifts for our internal and external clients on SAP system. I also hold a National Higher Certificate in Accountancy .I also hold an attendance certificate in critical elements of customer service and call center training.
