The key competencies I possess which I believe will make me an ideal candidate for the position are as follows: • I have completed matric with mathematics and accounting both on higher grade. • I am currently studying towards a Bcom banking degree part-time with unisa. • I have over 5 years experience in the micro-lending industry first as a coordinator in collections and later on as a credit vetting consultant in credit risk. • I have experience in leading having previously been the coordinator of a team of 12 consultants. • I have an excellent command of the english language as well as good interpersonal skills. • I also have an advanced proficiency in Microsoft office suite. This would include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and internet explorer. • I learn fast and adjust well to new computer programs and technologies as and when needed.
