With 25 years’ experience in the IR and HR world. I graduated from the University of Johannes (Previously RAU) with a degree in Human Resources and proceeded to obtain an Honours Degree in Labour Relations & Labour Law. I was also fortunate to study in Oxford at Ruskin College and completed a certificate program in Comparative Labour Relations. I also obtained qualifications in Financial Management from the University of South Africa. Having spent equal time in the corporate environment as a Human Resources Specialist and Senior Manager, I also spent 12 Years as a senior Union Official. This has afforded me a unique perspective in respect of Industrial Relations and other HR aspects in the workplace.
