I have a combined 18 years experience and have held roles in Management, Debt Collections, Customer care, Training and Account management. I have experience working both in the public and private sector and have vast knowledge in different CRM, dialler and real time management systems. I have certificates from UNISA in Marketing management and Public relations and currently studying towards a diploma in Management specializing in Project management. I enjoy working with people and having to develop them and their skills in the areas where I'm an expert and also learning at the same time. I'm a firm believe in self development and using skills to deliver excellent, consistent customer service.
