I am calm under pressure and I handle stressful situations well. I am very comfortable in dealing with conflict and I believe in ethical behaviour at all times. I have more than 10 years of Quantity Surveying experience in construction, civil and mechanical industry. I have two years of Project Management/Principal Agent experience in construction as a dual role. My philosophy as a built environment professional is always to be pro-active, rather than reporting on costs only, I’ll seek to find alternative potentially cost-saving initiatives and keep the integrity of the project in mind. I believe that each member of the professional team is there to add value and not just add to the fee accounts. I excel in solving problems, I'm organised and I’m keenly astute in my processes to deliver a professional product. I am the existing Chairperson of the Mpumalanga chapter of the AQAQS (Association of the South African Quantity Surveyors) and ASAQS board member.
