My entire career has centered around administration, systems and processes. I have always been involved in reporting and analysis, mindful of continuous improvement to streamline processes and procedures as well as either leading or offering support in each department I have worked within. In my previous roles I have managed administrators, coaching and training whilst monitoring their performance and handling issues as they arise. I am both accountable and responsible for my duties at hand, taking pride in delivering my work to the best of my ability. In my training capacity I encourage and motivate associates, offering ongoing support and commitment. With 10 years’ experience in the automotive industry and 7 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, in PE and London respectively, I have built up an array of knowledge and developed key skills. My time abroad gave me the invaluable opportunity to experience a cosmopolitan and fast-paced, first world environment. During my time at Goodyear I have progressed through my roles, been given more responsibility and proved to be trustworthy and dependable. In recent years I have become the custodian to CRM and EDW systems, being trainer and point of contact for the Goodyear national sales force. I am involved in the implementation of systems including Country Implementation Leader for the new sales bonus scheme introduced in 2017. I have forged good working relationships, liaising comfortably with colleagues of all levels and adapting to different leadership styles. I am organized and methodical, paying attention to detail, have good interpersonal and communication skills and consistently deliver to expectation and beyond.
