I attained my National Certificate in Hospitality in 2015. Then progressed Cathsseta and Impact group where I was enrolled for a learnership. In 2017 I started working at Life Flora Hospital as a chef then proceeded to work at Delmont Caldow Catering Services as a chef De Partie. Besides attaining skills and experience in culinary arts, I have also received training computer skills, completing health and safety records and controls, ordering receiving issuing of stock, and liaising with customers/ clients. I also have experience in Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP). I trust that given an opportunity within your institution I shall further my knowledge and improve my skills. I am a team player; have good communication skills and I am very eager to learn.
