Marguerite is an experienced attorney, notary public and conveyancer. She graduated in 2004 from the University of Stellenbosch and was admitted as an attorney, notary and conveyancer in 2007. She did her articles at a large and established law firm in Cape Town and later joined another law firm as a director at their Stellenbosch branch. In 2012 she opened the doors of Greeff Attorneys. Marguerite obtained the Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning Law in 2011, which adds diversification to the advice and service provided. She specialises in property law and conveyancing, commercial law, business continuity planning, mergers and acquisitions, trusts, wills and the review and advice on legal risk attached to business ventures and strategic decisions. She also has a Notarial Practice, which includes the drafting of notarial bonds, cessions and antenuptial contracts and notarising documents for use in foreign countries. Marguerite is experienced in training and the offering of seminars to role players in the financial and property industries. She is a member of the Institute of Directors of South Africa and a graduate of the Significant Leadership Programme.
