My qualification is: Bachelor of Administration: Human Resources, short courses in frontline staff training, professional minute writing, foundational Project Management and basic computer skills, well versed with windows such as Micro Soft packages; MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS projects, MS outlook, internet and intranet, combined with excellent office management skills, presentation skills, financial/budget management and project management and administration. Currently I am pursuing my studies in Honours degree: Public Administration. My last employment was with the Department of Justice and Constitutional development as an Administrative Officer for Projects within the Branch: Constitutional Development. I was responsible for the overall administration of Projects, including financial and budget management, procurement of goods and services, coordination of travel arrangements, coordination of workshops and Steering Committees meetings, and providing Secretariat support to the Committees. I am able to relate well to the public, in person and on the telephone. I am a diplomatic, creative, discreet, flexible, resourceful, dependable, well organised, friendly and professional team player who is knowledgeable in office, clerical, secretarial administration, training and development and project administration. I have a strong ability to work effectively with multiple supervisors, balance and prioritise multiple requests. I easily adapt to new environment. I am currently looking for a new challenging position in a growth-oriented company where I can utilize my administrative and analytical skills and acquire new abilities. I also possess good communication skills both verbal and written in 6 South African official languages. I am able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime when required to do so.
