As a seasoned and highly qualified Change, Manager, Business Analyst and Project Manager I have extensive experience in implementing Technical and Business related changes across the Mining and Banking Industries in South Africa. I am very focussed and goal drive, and my biggest passion is developing and coaching people, with the aim to achieve personal and organisational goals. In doing so, it often also involves making changes to business and technology. I am originally a professional classical musician – a profession that has taught me a lot of persistence, discipline, the importance of attention to both detail and the holistic view of the end result.
