I am very passionate about my career. I have essential skills, experience and relevant qualification to meet the challenges of any HR function. I am able to deal with complex issues in a fast-paced environment. My attained skills have qualified me to deliver quality in my previous and current job responsibilities and I continue to do so. At my preceding employments, Cape Underwear, Master Foods SA and Alpine Lounge, I performed the full Generalist Function in Human Resources. At the Stellenbosch University, I have performed a Specialist Function in Recruitment & Selection, Job Evaluations and currently I perform a generalist function as well. I have 5 years Managerial/Supervisory experience. I am also a member of South African Board of People Practitioners (SABPP).
