I am a specialist transport planner/economist, analyst and advisor with more than 30 years of experience in all fields related to transportation, urban development and housing. I have specific expertise and competency in transport projects. I specialise in a wide range of transport, freight and logistics projects, including master planning (infrastructure and operations), feasibility studies, transport economic, economic and financial modelling, business case development, strategy development and transport systems design and operations planning. I have successfully completed projects in the following sub-sectors of transport and logistics: rail, road and aviation. I further specialise in niche markets such as business case development of green fields and brown fields developments with regard to regional airports, industrial development type developments (SEZ, Industrial Parks), freight and logistics master planning and transport economic impact assessments, financial analysis, financial modelling and business case development. I have core competencies in logistics hubs, air cargo hub and regional airport feasibility projects. I have international project experience in Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda, Benin and Namibia. Furthermore, I have extensive knowledge of housing needs analysis, bridging finance administration, housing project feasibility studies and project management.
