Although the above question asks "position", I feel that is irrelevant. Firstly the choices listed are somewhat restrictive. My specialities in design work are based in the industrial, commercial & domestic design, layout and ergonomic functions of catering facilities. Whether they be:- Domestic Kitchens, Fast Food Outlets, Restaurants and even through to Large Scale Feeding Operations (such as Hospitals, Military Bases & Factory Canteens). Having started my career in the U.K. in the mid 1970's I was offered a position in Johannesburg with Vulcan Food Service Equipment in the early '80's. In the mid '90's, myself and two colleagues opened our own consulting business, and later on I decided to become an independent consultant, with the emphasis on providing my clients with a completely unbiased and open minded perspective with regard to equipment/materials selection.
