I’m a dedicated, disciplined, passionate individual who is driven and visionary in any role. I possess a Master’s Degree in Social Health Care and an aspiring PHD student for 2019 at the University of South Africa. I have acquired extensive experience Internationally and Nationally in the Private Sector, Government, NGO, civil society. I acquired experience in overseeing the implementation of Workplace Wellness programmes in all the Swedish Companies/workplaces in South Africa and Namibia. Project Management Monitoring and Evaluation, Change Management, Financial management and Stakeholder Relations amongst others. I am also skilled in conflict resolution, diversity management, mainstreaming, facilitation, capacity building and skills development in addition to work done through organizational programmes. Have participated and contributed to a number of International and national conferences with the aim of contributing to both national and international developments on HIV and gender. I am a willing and fast learner and very passionate and driven. I am able to work independently and effectively with teams, have discipline in reaching deadlines, able to communicate at all levels (Junior, senior management, Executive and Board levels), goal driven and can work under pressure. I am goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and moral compass, a creative problem solver who is effective at creating positive solutions. I have the ability to identify innovative methods of resource mobilisation, utilisation an accountability for Macro and Micro projects.
