I am a hardworking, passionate, fast learning individual who strives to exceed expectations in everything that I do. Therefore, I would like to apply for this position. From my attached CV, you will notice that I am currently a client relations executive at Africlassic Rivonia by BON Hotels, I am in possession of a Bcom Honours Tourism Management degree, and have completed a photography course during 2017 as well as a web design course during 2019. My work experience has taught me how to operate under pressure, work with a wide variety of people and think critically. I'm a fast learner and take my responsibilities in my occupation extremely seriously, helping my colleagues where I can and exceeding in my role. As a client relations executive I interact with clients on a daily basis, adhere to their complaints and send out quotes and invoices as requested. I strive towards accuracy and getting the job done at a fast pace. Coordinating events, functions and conferences are also part of my daily duties, along with assigning housekeeping duties and assisting with digital marketing. Although I enjoy my position immensely, I want to develop my skills and have more control over my own time. Therefore I want to offer my skills on a freelancing basis.
